A fully furnished and cozy studio is located at Biltstraat. It will take you just a 10 minutes bike ride to reach the main station. If you’re studying at University, you will walk just 10 minutes to get to the campus! As the studio is located on the second floor, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Dom Tower from your window.

Rental conditions:

The studio is fully furnished & completely private
The studio is suitable for ONE person or A COUPLE
The registration is POSSIBLE
No housing allowance is available
No pets are allowed

The studio comes with:

Curtains, a desk with two chairs, a big wardrobe & TV
Bed with mattress, clean bedding & towels
A big fridge, a washing machine & all kitchenware

Payments:

Utilities (electricity, gas, water, and the internet) | €170 per month;
Security deposit (incl.utilities) | €1250
One-time administration fee | €299

Total MONTHLY RENT with bills included is €1250.

Booking conditions

The initial payment of one month’s rent including bills (€1250) must be made in order to secure the accommodation
The security deposit (€1250) and one-time administration fee (€299) must be paid to conclude a tenancy agreement
