Op steenworp afstand ligt station Vaartsche Rijn (bus, trein en tram verbinding) en winkelcentrum Smaragdplein voor je dagelijkse dosis boodschappen bij de Plus, Lidl of de Turkse groenteman. Alle meubels blijven in de studio: een ruime slaapbank, eettafel, (kleding)kasten, koelkast, bureau en bed. Daarnaast een kleine (maar zeer fijne!) smart tv en 4 pits kookfornuis. De huur bedraagt €835 p/m, incl. water, elektra (2 zonnepanelen), gemeentelijke belastingen, berging met wasmachine, beveiligde fietsenstalling en een parkeerplek in garage.
De voorkeur voor een onderhuurder gaat uit naar een werkende vrouw.

As of February 1st, my cozy studio will be available for 6 months subletting. It’s a beautiful spacious studio of 38 m² located at Rotsoord, right next to the city center of Utrecht. With nearby station Vaartsche Rijn (bus, train and tram connection) and Smaragdplein for your daily grocery shopping. All furniture remain in the studio: a spacious sofa, dining table, (clothing) closets, refrigerator, desk, bed, a small (but very nice!) smart TV and four burner cooking pit.
The rent is € 835 p/m, incl. water, electricity (2 solar panels), municipal taxes, storage room with washing machine, bicycle shed and car parking space in the garage.
The preference for a subtenant is a working woman.
